PRIMA will perform five distinct functions in the market place:
 

a) Source, bid for and pursue projects inside and outside of Guyana.

b) Respond to requests for proposals in based on the principles above;

c) Work with local consultants ;

d) Provide excellent project development and management capabilities through the Unit
    staff; and

e) Provide monitoring, measurement and evaluation services to projects undertaken by
    PRIMA or by other projects as necessary.
