PRIMA’s objectives are as follows:

a) To create a full service unit that can effectively design, execute and assess all types
    of development project work in Guyana, the Caribbean and beyond;

b) To provide local flavor, sensitivity and excellence in project design and execution for
    the benefit of local populations. Emphasis must always be on completion, by the letter
    execution and professional and fiscal integrity;

c) Through its work, to effectively contribute to the development of the region; and

d) Position PRIMA as the premiere local partner in global strategic alliances for execution
    of projects in Guyana and the Caribbean.
